We had tried a previous system for walk around checks and struggled with usability for some of our drivers. 

The previous system was hard to monitor and not cloud based meaning it relied on office staff communicating messages to our workshop which is over a mile away. We’ve been really happy with the ease of use of this system, we’re no longer waiting to identify potential problems, we can handle them during the course of a day, saving us vehicles being off the road longer than absolutely necessary. 

The ability to make custom walk around checks was the key to ensure that our drivers were able to follow the instructions easily and efficiently. 

We have access to all of the checks instantly, and the cloud based system means that the workshop are immediately aware of any defects that need to be looked at. 

We recently adopted the CheckedSafe Licence Check service after switching to CheckedSafe for our walk around checks. We had used several companies for licence checking over the years, but we were drawn to CheckedSafe because the price is unmatched anywhere in the industry (that I’m aware of). 

We recently switched from a company that cost £4.00 per check plus VAT and now with CheckedSafe at £1.60 per check plus VAT, we are halving our costs.  

The ease of accessing the driver mandates has meant that we’ve had immediate take up from the drivers. In the past we have had to chase drivers to fill in emails, The CheckedSafe system means that everyone who has driven a vehicle with us has had to fill in the driver mandate immediately, meaning less headache for the office staff! 

I’ve been really happy with the service we have received so far, Eve in particular has been fabulous at helping me set up the system from start to finish.
